The cityscape mod is no longer maintained, but still creates fun worlds to play in. If you set the destruction level right, and add in a few post-apocalyptic mods, such as zombies or mutants it becomes a perfect playground for surviving while giving easy access to random goodies that can be found in the randomly scattered chests in the buildings.
